CHARTER BUS LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE**

Transportation Provider: SOS Express / SOS Community Express
Participant Type: Fan / Spectator

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions related to my participation in the Capos Road Trip 2026 organized by the Palm Beach Capos.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that traveling by charter bus and attending sporting events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to traffic accidents, weather conditions, mechanical issues, personal injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with this trip.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Palm Beach Capos and SOS Express / SOS Community Express, including their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, drivers, volunteers, agents, sponsors, partners, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Capos Road Trip 2026, including transportation to and from Clermont, Florida.

This release applies to claims arising from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Transportation Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that transportation for this trip is provided by SOS Express / SOS Community Express, a third-party charter bus company. I agree that the Palm Beach Capos are not responsible for the operation, maintenance, or driving of the vehicle, and I further acknowledge that SOS Express / SOS Community Express is not responsible for any actions occurring outside the scope of transportation services.

4. Personal Responsibility & Conduct

I agree to conduct myself in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner at all times. I understand that disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund, and I will be solely responsible for arranging my own transportation home if removed.

5. No Refund Policy

I acknowledge that all payments related to the Capos Road Trip 2026 are strictly non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to missed departure, voluntary withdrawal, misconduct, illness, or personal conflicts.

6. Medical Treatment

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize representatives of the Palm Beach Capos to obtain medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am solely responsible for all medical costs incurred.

7. Photo & Video Release

I grant permission to the Palm Beach Capos to use photographs or video recordings taken during the trip for promotional, marketing, or media purposes without compensation.

8. Binding Agreement

I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, have read and fully understand this waiver, and voluntarily agree to its terms. This agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
