The Palm Beach Capos are more than just a football team — we’re a movement built on community, pride, and passion for the game. And we can't do it without our volunteers.

We're looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals to help power our game days and operations behind the scenes. Whether you're gaining experience, building a portfolio, or just love football, there’s a spot for you on the Capos team.

Team Manager

• Help organize practices, manage team communications, and support the coaching staff

• Coordinate logistics like uniforms, travel, rosters, and schedules

• Great for someone with strong organizational skills and leadership ability

Media Intern

• Assist with social media content, photography, and game coverage

• Help plan and schedule posts, stories, and reels

• Perfect for students or aspiring sports marketers/digital creators

Videographer

• Film home games and practices

• Capture highlights, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content

• Must be reliable on game days; experience with sports footage preferred

Photographer

• Shoot action shots, player portraits, and fan moments

• Provide images for social media, website, and promotional use

• Great for building a sports portfolio

Equipment Manager

• Manage team gear and uniforms

• Set up and break down equipment on game days and at practice

• Help keep everything organized and game-ready

Game Day Host

• Welcome fans and sponsors

• Assist with halftime promotions and fan engagement

• Be the friendly face of the Capos at home games

Play-by-Play Announcer

• Call the action live at home games

• Add energy and professionalism to the game-day experience

• Must be comfortable on the mic and familiar with football

Chain Crew

• Operate the down markers and chains during home games

• Front-row view of the action

• Quick training provided – perfect for anyone who loves being close to the game

• Be part of a high-level football environment
